As a Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in a home care setting, providing direct support to patients in their residence. Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist at Flexi Motion Ortho Rehabilitation Clinic, you will:

• Assess patient needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Work synergistically with healthcare providers, participating in interdisciplinary care plan meetings to discuss progress and adapt therapy interventions as necessary.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities that promote mobility and functional independence.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, providing guidance on exercises and self-management techniques that can be performed at home.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatments, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct in-services and educational workshops for facility staff to enhance their understanding of patient needs and therapy services.
• Support ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives that enhance clinical practice within the facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on orthopedic patients requiring rehabilitation after surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. This role will involve working closely with adults across a spectrum of physical abilities, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet their unique challenges and rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• A valid Physical Therapy license in good standing in the state of Virginia.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy being highly preferred.
• Certifications in CPR and basic life support.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
