About the Race:

This is the most unique race in the nation: a high-stakes "performance" to save Nevada from economic freefall. As the only professional performer running for a gubernatorial-level office, BridgieNix is the only candidate with the mass support of the entertainers, young voters, and working-class families who actually power this state. With a 5.2% unemployment rate and a dying tourism sector, this campaign is a race against time to pivot Nevada's identity from a collapsing status quo to a creative economic powerhouse.

BridgieNix is a fire performer, filmmaker, choreographer, & dancer who has worked long term in advocacy & justice volunteerism. She is a SAG-AFTRA & Choreographer's Guild member running an aggressively pro-union & justice platform to support working families, fund education, abolish ICE, revive tourism with younger generations, fund arts, statewide healthcare, & fight for civil rights. This is grassroots race with new tech options for reaching voters new to 2026 races (easy to learn). Not focusing on door knocking or mailers. BridgieNix is not taking corporate money, large PACs or AIPAC funding, casino money, nor Nevada Casino Resorts Association.

What Will You Do?

BridgieNix campaign is seeking a volunteer Campaign Manager to aid with operations of the campaign for the June 9th primaries. The position is based in Las Vegas, NV. We are open to a remote positions to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Draft and implement a comprehensive campaign plan on fundraising (working with votecast)
• Lead volunteers to achieve campaign's strategic priorities
• Set and manage priorities for candidate time and activities
• Streamline contacts
• Create a fundraising operation to raise $50,000 - $250,000
• Manage the campaign's budget and cash flow (most of this BridgieNix can handle)
• Oversee implementation of core strategies and tactics
• Serve as the liaison for the campaign to the state Democratic party (CM)
• Build relationships with press and potential endorsers

• Lead a diverse team of staff, volunteers and stakeholders with emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal communication (CM)
• Be open minded & down to be deep in street dance, circus, & entertainment cultures
• Lead with cultural competency and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues, voters, and volunteers who identify as POC and across lines of difference. (CM)
• Enjoy working towards and achieving ambitious goals (All)
• Flexible hours bts (BridgieNix is independent at events, appearances, & interviews)
• Have knowledge of campaign concepts & strategies (CM)
• Be detail-oriented & organized (All)
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (All)
• Display a strong interest in learning internal party channels to accomplish your team's needs (CM)
• Have a valid U.S. Driver's License along with reliable transportation (All)
• Bring previous experience using VAN (Votebuilder) or the ability to quickly learn (All)

This is solely a volunteer based job. I can offer a retainer or percentage as fundraising grows, but this starts as a volunteer.

This will be a lot of fun. BridgieNix is currently working on an Entertainment Bill of Rights fighting for better protections, pay, & safety for performers and entertainment workers in Nevada. She is exposing a lot of corruption, discrimination, & inequity in corporations within Nevada. Though her background is dance, film, & live shows, she is deeply connected with people of all ages throughout Nevada. This will be the weirdest, atypical, and most interesting campaign you will ever join. BridgieNix does not tolerate hate, smear campaigning against opponents, & is very understanding of exterior commitments/family needs/ etc. She is seeking someone with a positive vibe, good energy, and passion for improving the world.
