Job Description
We are seeking a Property Manager Assistant to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
upload and register all repair requests in system
Check all new tasks in system and discuss with the supervisor
text and coordinate all repair requires from Tenants.
Communicate with Property Manager
update the tasks
follow up on estimates from the vendors and communicate with property manager
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely frame
Ensure to info the owner of the houses regarding the repairs on going and provide them the estimate which it is from the vendors.
upload all pictures and info in system
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or other related fields
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Ability to build report with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
