Property Manager Assistant

We are seeking a Property Manager Assistant to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- upload and register all repair requests in system
- Check all new tasks in system and discuss with the supervisor
- text and coordinate all repair requires from Tenants.
- Communicate with Property Manager
- update the tasks
- follow up on estimates from the vendors and communicate with property manager
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely frame
- Ensure to info the owner of the houses regarding the repairs on going and provide them the estimate which it is from the vendors.
- upload all pictures and info in system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build report with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
