Senior Director, Investor Relations

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director of Investor Relations to lead the global IR program and serve as primary liaison between the company and investment community. The role involves developing strategic communications, managing analyst relationships, and executing investor engagement initiatives across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities
- Develop corporate messages, presentations, and analyses for earnings calls, investor conferences, and medical meetings
- Serve as primary spokesperson for investor and analyst inquiries regarding company performance and strategy
- Monitor trading activity, industry trends, and peer performance; provide insights to leadership
- Conduct non-deal roadshows across North America and Europe with executive management
- Mentor and develop investor relations team members while collaborating cross-functionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 10-15 years of investor relations, finance, marketing, or corporate communication experience at public companies
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Executive presence and confidence engaging senior leadership
- Strong financial analysis, presentation, and writing skills for biopharmaceutical context
- Understanding of analyst financial modeling techniques and capital markets
- Strategic thinking with ability to adapt in dynamic environments
Compensation: Cambridge Crossing: $260,770-$315,994; Princeton, NJ: $237,070-$287,267
