Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to identify each client's mental health challenges, resources, and strengths. This includes evaluating their emotional state and understanding their social circumstances.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that outline the client's goals and the methods of intervention, ensuring alignment with their individual wellness journey.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Offering timely crisis intervention that includes risk assessment and safety planning to ensure the well-being of clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintaining diligent and accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards for mental health services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
