Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in office settings and community outreach.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings utilizing evidence-based approaches, tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each client.

• Create and implement individualized integrated care plans while coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams to guarantee holistic support.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing specific presenting problems and client-reported needs.
\n
• Assist with crisis intervention efforts, clearly documenting situations and responses to ensure client safety and care continuity.

• Monitor each client’s journey through treatment, including admissions, ongoing evaluations, and discharge planning, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborate with peers to identify best practices, improve service delivery, and enhance program quality.

• Provide on-call coverage to support client needs during and after program hours as assigned.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
