Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will hold a pivotal role in the recovery journey of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify the counseling needs of clients and determining the appropriate levels of care based on ASAM criteria.
\n
• Preparing individualized treatment plans that focus on the specific substance abuse counseling needs of each client.
\n
• Implementing and documenting all counseling and education services, ensuring that client records are meticulously maintained and updated.
\n
• Maintaining an active caseload and performing ongoing case management duties, including treatment planning, clinical charting, and use of care coordination tools.

• Facilitating crisis interventions by employing a multi-disciplinary approach to help clients navigate challenging situations.

• Establishing connections with external resources, such as legal and educational institutions, to provide clients with a robust support network.
\n
• Preparing discharge plans that guide clients through the continuum of care, promoting a smooth transition to further support options as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be adept at working with a diverse patient population, characterized by complex needs stemming from co-occurring disorders, including substance use and mental health issues. You will be providing therapy services both in individual and group settings, creating an environment that promotes long-term recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Strong understanding of DSM diagnostic criteria and ASAM standards for treatment.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Demonstrated professionalism, including expert therapeutic boundaries, cultural competency, and self-motivation.

Preferred Experience\n

While current licensure and a master’s degree are mandatory, ideal candidates will also have:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
