Regional Sales Manager

Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users on IP Video and Axis cameras Maintain relationships with prospects and current customers Arrange and execute site visits, product demonstrations, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and speaking seminars Collaborate with Axis Communications’ Distribution Partners and NSI Partners Recommend camera solutions and product comparisons Participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and promotional sales activities Prepare weekly sales reports covering new and existing projects Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements Candidates ideally based in Jacksonville or Orlando, Florida Strong selling skills and ability to tailor presentations to customer needs Ability to motivate effectively in a time-sensitive environment Trustworthy and resourceful disposition Public speaking skills Multitasking and time management skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training 5+ years in a sales-driven position Strong technical background Fluency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to travel 50%-70% Ability to frequently lift 20-50 lbs, occasionally more Core Competencies Demonstrates strong selling skills and a technical background in IP Video and Axis cameras, with the ability to effectively tailor presentations and maintain customer relationships.
