This new facility will bring the same expertise, state-of-the-art technology, and compassionate care to a broader area, making critical and specialized treatments more accessible to pet owners. About the Role:
As a Client Service Representative , you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency, critical care and specialty departments while welcoming and assisting our guests.
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Educate and Support: Inform clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
• Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Communication Mastery: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
• Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.

Compensation:

• $18 - $20  depending on experience
  • + $3/hr weekend differential
  • +$2/hr overnight differential

Schedule:

• Full Time (2 schedules available)
  • Rotating Schedule:
    • Week 1: Monday - Thursday
      • 2pm - 12am
    • Week 2: Sunday, Friday, Saturday
      • 2pm - 2am
  • Set Schedule:
    • Monday - Friday
      • 10am - 7pm

• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
