Admissions Associate, Alpha - $100,000/year USD

You will serve as the primary contact for families making critical decisions about their child's education. Each email you compose, event you plan, and interaction you facilitate will influence whether a family selects Alpha. You will reply with care and speed, coordinate campus visits and shadow opportunities, keep applicant information current and precise, and help parents understand how Alpha functions and whether it matches their aspirations. This is an on-site, high-tempo position based in San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA; and East Bay, CA, suited for someone capable of juggling competing demands with precision and attention. What You Will Be Doing Replying to prospective family inquiries within 24 hours with communication that is clear, professional, and consistent with Alpha's standards Organizing and delivering admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences, managing everything from planning through follow-up Ensuring applicant records remain accurate and up to date across CRM systems and admissions platforms Conducting meetings with families to clarify Alpha's educational approach, respond to concerns, and gather meaningful feedback Working closely with campus teams and admissions staff to maintain a cohesive and streamlined admissions process What You Won’t Be Doing Determining final admissions outcomes or shaping enrollment policy Delivering instruction or managing academic curriculum Employing aggressive sales methods or relying on scripted messaging Working within a disorganized or low-urgency setting Admissions Associate Key Responsibilities Create a polished, high-conversion admissions journey that turns early interest into committed enrollment, while ensuring families feel well-informed, valued, and enthusiastic about becoming part of Alpha.
