Litigation Paralegal

Assist attorneys throughout all phases of commercial litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation. Responsibilities Assist attorneys throughout all phases of commercial litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation. Draft, organize, and maintain pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and related legal documents. Prepare for and coordinate depositions, including scheduling, exhibit preparation, witness materials, and deposition summaries. Perform cite checking and Bluebook citation review to ensure accuracy and compliance in briefs, motions, and other court filings. Manage large volumes of case documents, conduct document reviews, and maintain electronic and physical case files. Coordinate filings in state and federal courts and monitor case deadlines to ensure timely submissions. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third-party vendors regarding case-related matters. Support trial preparation efforts, including exhibit organization, witness preparation materials, trial binders, and courtroom logistics. Required Skills Requirements: 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within commercial litigation. Proven experience with deposition preparation and management. Strong cite-checking and legal proofreading skills, including familiarity with Bluebook citation standards. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
