Business Systems Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Systems Analyst - AI Automation will translate complex business workflows into structured, implementation-ready requirements for AI automation, enhancing delivery predictability and operational outcomes across the organization. Key responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document AI automation requirements, reducing ambiguity and downstream rework Define clear functional and technical requirements for AI-enabled workflows, ensuring governance and traceability Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning to maintain requirement clarity for AI automation initiatives Required qualifications B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst Experience with AI automation, enterprise workflows, system integrations, and APIs Strong understanding of Agentic AI, REST APIs, and workflow orchestration patterns Ability to document requirements for automation and collaborate with technical teams effectively
