Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Beverly Hills, CA. This role is ideal for a healthcare administrative professional with strong patient registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and front-office medical office experience.

The Patient Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for patients, both in person and by phone. This position supports a professional outpatient healthcare environment where accuracy, compassion, teamwork, and excellent communication are essential. Candidates who enjoy helping patients navigate appointments, insurance, referrals, and front-office processes will find this role to be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet patients, support patient relations, and assist with questions or concerns in person and by phone.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out, collect co-payments, issue receipts, and reconcile payments.
- Verify patient demographics, insurance information, eligibility, referrals, and authorizations.
- Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and maintain accurate records in CS-Link/Epic.
- Process patient and provider correspondence while explaining policies, procedures, and services clearly.
- Escalate patient concerns appropriately while maintaining a professional and service-focused approach.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $26 to $27 per year.
- Employment type: Temp-to-Hire.
