About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its commercial construction services division. The CEO will be tasked with driving the company's growth through strategic leadership, managing the company's reputation, and optimizing prices and margins. This role requires a proven P&L leader with a strong general management skill set, a history of building effective cultures and talent, and the ability to drive results across all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for all functional areas of the business, including recruitment, talent development, and organizational design, as well as performance and process improvement to enhance operational capabilities and customer satisfaction. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a background in a high-performing aquatics construction business, preferably with experience in a multibranch operation. The role demands an individual with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, who is adept at data-driven decision-making and has a strong understanding of the M&A process. The CEO will also be responsible for relationship management with strategic vendors and suppliers. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in the industry, with the ability to drive revenue through existing sales functions and lead the geographic expansion of the business.
