This role delves into the tapestry of each student's experience, providing counseling, crisis intervention, and case management that intertwine home, school, and community supports. The social worker collaborates with families, educators, and outside agencies to address barriers to learning, ensuring that students can transcend challenges and fully engage in the mosaic of school life. They also design and implement proactive interventions and reimagined support systems that beckon students toward resilience, growth, and success within a safe and inclusive environment. SALARY AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Ten-month work year, 186 days.
