As a TA Partner, you will report to a TA Director and support professional full‑cycle recruiting for the North America Hill’s Pet Nutrition business at our HQ location in Overland Park, Kansas. You will act as a strategic advisor to internal clients, leveraging TA expertise, data storytelling, and business acumen to drive hiring outcomes and shape the future of our business. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle professional recruitment, from initial intake to offer acceptance, maximizing efficiency and quality of hire. Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, develop competitive selling points, and implement consistent candidate assessment strategies based on labor‑market research. Drive continuous improvement of the talent acquisition process by identifying gaps and proposing solutions that enhance the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Act as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, guiding decisions on sourcing strategies and candidate requirements, and deliver quarterly recruitment updates to the leadership team. Participate in annual Talent Acquisition projects, including process optimization, technology reviews, and implementation of new tools and capabilities. Execute innovative sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights to engage targeted passive talent, build future‑ready pipelines, and reduce time‑to‑fill metrics. Develop targeted attraction strategies leveraging the company's employer brand assets to identify and engage passive talent pools that support client‑specific talent agendas. Required Qualifications 3+ years of talent acquisition and/or human resources experience. Experience driving continuous improvement, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions informed by data. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization while managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail. Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for professional, salaried roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Corporate functions) within a large, global organization. Consulting and influencing skills with proven ability to partner and present to senior leaders. Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and regional labor laws. Hands‑on experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $86,000.00 – $121,000.00 USD. Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan, with company matching contributions under eligibility requirements. Additional benefits: minimum 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays. Paid sick leave is adjusted per role and local laws.
