Job Title Member Services Representative Hours M-F 9a-5:30p Start Date 06/29/2026 Department Loans Reports to Branch Manager Summary Responsible for assisting members with a variety of Credit Union products and services as well as providing administrative and clerical support to the Loan Processing Department. Must Haves (Qualifications) High school diploma Ability to receive and express detailed information through oral and written communications Welcoming personality to greet customers Responsibilities Open, close, and maintain credit union accounts, including Individual Retirement Accounts Assist members with a variety of Credit Union services and products, as well as legal accounts Answer member inquiries via phone, email, and other online services, processing wire transfers, stop payments, travel notices, address changes, check orders, etc. Provide administrative and clerical support in a professional and efficient manner, communicating effectively with related parties via telephone in absence of the Loan Officer Establish and maintain a filing system pertinent to supporting the department, preparing and sending out loan packages as requested Generate interest rate sheets in computer system and updates as needed, retrieving appropriate paperwork and information within the agency as directed Job Type & Location Permanent position based out of Whitmore Lake, MI. Fully onsite. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $37,440.00 - $47,840.00 per year. Benefits to be updated.
