Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and follow-up sessions with each client, focusing on couples therapy and individual sessions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and family conflicts.
\n
• Facilitate communication and conflict resolution among family members, assisting clients in navigating complexities, including adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each family's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on a diverse client population, including couples, families, and individuals facing challenges such as family dynamics, mixed family situations, and significant life changes. You will work with adults and adolescents, addressing a wide range of issues from substance abuse to communication difficulties, facilitating healing and growth through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n
