Although the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, you will also have the opportunity to engage with clients through telemedicine and in-person appointments when needed at our community health clinic facilities. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Hopeful Mind Counseling Solutions, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored therapeutic plans for individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of issues.
\n
• Facilitating couple sessions while also meeting with each partner individually to explore dynamics and foster understanding.
\n
• Addressing complex family dynamics, including but not limited to: alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, adjustment issues surrounding separation and divorce, and blended family adjustments.

• Utilizing the latest digital technology to enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes, including video conferencing for teletherapy sessions.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and internal policies, ensuring confidentiality and best practices in patient care.
\n
• Actively participating in supervision and team meetings to collaborate on case management and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients include diverse individuals, couples, and families across various backgrounds. You will work with a wide range of clinical issues, focusing on the following client populations:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Hopeful Mind Counseling Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, we provide:
