Restaurant Shift Leader - Customer Focus & Ops Coach

Blake’s Lotaburger in New Mexico is seeking a Shift Manager to assist in restaurant operations as the Manager on Duty, ensuring fast, friendly service and profitability. You will supervise crew, uphold policies, and monitor food costs while maintaining a clean, safe dining area. This full-time role requires a HS diploma and at least six months restaurant experience, with flexible hours up to 28 hours PT or 40 hours FT.
