Position Overview

Rubin Lublin, LLC is seeking a bright and motivated Associate Attorney with 5–8 years of experience to join our Real Estate Group . This position will include responsibilities in litigation, title, and compliance . The role may be hybrid or remote once eligibility requirements are met; however, the attorney must be licensed and physically located in Alabama .

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage litigation and title-related deadlines efficiently and proactively.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and responses well in advance of deadlines.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and depositions.
• Review and analyze title reports and related documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff.
• Ensure compliance with firm and client expectations regarding accuracy, timeliness, and professional standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Alabama and currently resides in Alabama.
• 5–8 years of experience in real estate and/or title law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong self-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
