What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Assist patients with daily needs and monitor vital signs and IVs
• Administer medications and coordinate treatments as prescribed
• Support patient safety and comfort while following hospital protocols
• Float within units of similar or lower acuity (as needed), covering for absence or increased patient load
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document all care activities accurately in the electronic health record (Epic preferred)

What You Need

• Ohio RN license with active status
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience, with IV start and telemetry skills
• Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred

• Prior float or multi-unit experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient needs
