Legacy House of Bountiful in Bountiful, UT is looking to hire a part-time Property Maintenance Assistant to keep our senior living facility in good repair. Are you cheerful and hardworking? If you're looking to work with a supportive, happy, and fun team, look no further!A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANTAs a Property Maintenance Assistant, you help to take care of the protection, repair, and overall appearance of our senior living facility and grounds. Under the direction of our Maintenance Director, you complete requests from our residents. Whether you're performing carpentry, electrical, or general repair work, you've got a smile on your face. You love keeping busy! You also love that you're being paid to learn new skills that will serve you throughout your life. Every day is different, and you enjoy the variety in your job!QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ASSISTANTBuilding maintenance skills, such as carpentry and electricalDo you enjoy working with your hands?
