Now Hiring: Front of House Leader

Picasso Restaurant Group is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Front of House Leader to join our team at our Dominos Farm location in Ann Arbor. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced caf environment, and can lead by example during busy service periods.

Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM No nights or weekends!

About the Role

The Front of House Leader will play a key role in daily caf operations by supporting customer service, cashiering, deli operations, and ensuring the front of house runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced caf setting
Operate the register and handle cash/card transactions accurately
Prepare sandwiches, salads, and deli items
Maintain organization and flow of front-of-house operations
Support and assist team members during busy meal periods
Ensure cleanliness, stocking, and presentation standards are maintained
Help create a welcoming and positive environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

Previous caf, deli, cashier, or food service experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Food safety knowledge a plus
