This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative conversations, building lasting relationships, and making a meaningful impact through protection planning.Key Responsibilities:Educate customers on life and health insurance products, including term life, whole life, and supplemental health coverageConduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate protection strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular follow-upSupport customers through the application and underwriting process, ensuring a smooth and positive experienceCollaborate with the team to identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing book of businessMaintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and financial regulationsPreferred Qualifications:Active Life & Health license (required or willingness to obtain)Experience in life and/or health insurance sales or financial servicesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to explain complex coverage options in a clear and relatable waySelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a sales-driven environmentProfessional and trustworthy demeanor with a genuine desire to help othersIf you're looking for an opportunity to focus on meaningful conversations, help customers plan for the future, and grow your career in life and health insurance, we'd love to connect with you.
