• End Date/Duration: Permanent position
• Shift: Full-time, standard hours with shared on-call rotation (including weekends)
• Hours/week: 40+ hours
• Employment Type: Full-time
• License/Certs: Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure; Board certification/eligibility in Gastroenterology
• Experience: Prior experience with advanced endoscopy (preferably ERCP) is preferred but not mandatory

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $405,000 – $450,000 annually, based on experience
• Additional Compensation: Eligibility for a productivity bonus paid on weekly wRVU generation

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions with high-volume patient caseloads
• Perform advanced procedures, including ERCP, utilizing state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment
• Collaborate closely with a team of five gastroenterologists and multi-disciplinary staff
• Participate in shared on-call duties, including weekends, to ensure continuous patient care
• Document clinical encounters using the EPIC EMR system with advanced endoscopy tools
• Engage in evidence-based practices and innovative procedures to deliver top-tier care
• Contribute to a supportive team environment emphasizing ongoing professional development and CME opportunities

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Colorado or eligibility for licensure
• Board-eligible or Board-certified in Gastroenterology
• Experience with or willingness to learn advanced endoscopy procedures such as ERCP
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality care
