Household Manager

Schedule: 3 or 4 Mon to Fri Afternoons 4:00-7:30 PM Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM Compensation: $30-$35/hour+ Position Summary Seeking a trustworthy, organized, and proactive Family Assistant to support a busy family with household tasks, errands, family needs, pets, and light administrative duties. The ideal candidate is dependable, discreet, flexible, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities independently. Responsibilities Prepare meals, assist with meal planning, and grocery shopping Light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, tidying, and organization Run errands, manage dry cleaning, returns, deliveries, and household purchases Assist with childcare (one girl in elementary school), family routines, and transportation as needed Feed, walk, and care for one small dog Coordinate household appointments, vendors, grooming, and veterinary visits Manage calendars, appointments, paperwork, and other light administrative tasks Assist with travel preparation and miscellaneous household needs Qualifications Prior experience in a personal assistant, household, nanny, or caregiver role Highly organized with excellent time-management and communication skills Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks Comfortable working around children and pets Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality Flexible, professional, positive, and service-oriented Ideal Candidate A dependable, proactive individual who takes pride in helping others and creating an organized, efficient, and well-managed home. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harper Associates Llc
