This role is well suited for a seasoned real estate attorney with deep experience in real estate finance, particularly on the lender-side, who can independently manage complex transactions from initial structuring through closing. The position offers significant responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value real estate financings within a collaborative and dynamic environment.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in New York in good standing6+ years of substantive real estate transactional experienceSignificant experience with real estate financing transactions, including lender representationStrong background in loan document drafting, negotiation, and executionExperience conducting and reviewing title and survey diligenceProven ability to independently manage transactions from structuring through closingExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and sound commercial judgmentKey ResponsibilitiesRepresent lenders and other clients in complex commercial real estate transactionsDraft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related transaction documentsConduct title and survey review, analysis, and resolution of related issuesProvide strategic guidance to clients on real estate financing structures and risk mitigationIndependently manage transaction workflows, timelines, and deal executionInterface directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other transaction participantsCollaborate with attorneys across related practice areas as neededWhy Join Us?This role presents an outstanding opportunity to join a highly-regarded Real Estate team within a leading international law firm.
