In this role, you’ll be at the center of how we measure, forecast, and optimize financial performance. You’ll partner closely with leaders across various departments to deliver the insights that shape company strategy.This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and gets energized by turning raw data into compelling financial narratives. You’ll own critical work-streams from day one and have a direct line of sight to executive decision-making.What You'll Do:Build, maintain, and improve dynamic financial models for MRR/ARR forecasting, churn analysis, expansion revenue, and scenario planningOwn the monthly and quarterly financial close process for multiple different areas across SaaS and COR/OPEXPrepare variance analysis, budget-vs-actual reports, and executive commentary packages for the CFO and leadership teamPartner cross-functionally with G&A, Marketing, Sales, and Services to evaluate ROI and go-to-market investmentsOwn bottoms-up headcount forecasting across the organization, dynamically accounting for moving pieces including new hires, backfills, exits, transfers, and timing shifts to maintain an accurate and real-time view of people costsSupport annual budgeting and long-range planning cycles, incorporating top-down and bottoms-up methodologiesCollaborate with executive leadership to proactively surface data-driven recommendations on spend optimization, capital allocation, and high-impact investment areas that accelerate growthIdentify and implement process improvements to increase reporting accuracy, reduce cycle times, and improve data integrityEnthusiastically leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline financial workloads, automate repetitive tasks, and unlock new efficiencies across forecasting, reporting, and data analysis workflowsWho You Are:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function within a SaaS or technology companyStrong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling)Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct) and planning tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan)Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics: ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV, CAC, cohort analysisDemonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of workstreams end-to-endExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to use data to influence senior leaders, optimize processes, and improve performanceSelf-starter with a passion for learning and continuous improvement, comfortable working independently and collaborating across time zonesAbility to work in a hybrid environment, with in-person attendance required three days per week at our Austin Domain office#LI-KE1#LI-HYBRID(Pay Transparency Range: $64,787.00 - $109,566.00)Compensation TransparencyThe national base salary range for this role is posted above in this job post.Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications and geographic location.
