Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish positive and trusting relationships with clients, fostering an environment of openness and safety.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of client needs, preferences, and goals.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet evolving client circumstances and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals and families facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. You will provide therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and personal growth. The diverse client population served by our clinic includes children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds, all seeking the support necessary for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the State of Illinois.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting or private practice.

• Knowledge of and experience working with addiction and recovery frameworks is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
