Human Resource Assistant

We're partnering with a well-established organization to hire a Tier 1 HR Advisor for a 12-month contract ! If you have a passion for customer service, HR operations, and helping employees navigate HR processes, we'd love to connect. Location: Boca Raton, FL, Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Schedule: Monday-Friday | Availability required between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET (8 hr days though) What You'll Do: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies and Hire-to-Retire processes Handle a high volume of phone calls, chats, and other inquiries in a fast-paced HR Service Center Process HR transactions in Workday and other HR systems Research and resolve employee questions accurately and efficiently Support users with Workday , Kronos, and other HR technologies Document all interactions within the case management system Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 HR specialists when appropriate Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting service level goals and performance metrics What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred) 1-2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Customer Service, or a Call Center environment Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is a plus Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment SHRM, IHRIM, or Six Sigma certifications are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr IntePros
