Bilingual Personal and Office Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Personal & Office Assistant to join our team as soon as possible. This is a dynamic role for someone who genuinely enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, and making busy days run more smoothly. You’ll assist with a combination of office responsibilities, administrative tasks, scheduling, errands, and personal assistance. About Us: We’re an entrepreneurial team based in South Florida, managing multiple growing businesses and projects. You'll be working directly with Leo Horacio, founder of Luna Learning. We have a fast-paced but positive environment and are looking for someone who can become a trusted, long-term part of our team. Because we manage several businesses and projects at once, organization, communication, discretion, and follow-through are extremely important in this role. What you’ll be doing: Managing calendars, appointments, reminders, and daily schedules Organizing documents, emails, files, and office systems Making phone calls and following up with vendors or service providers Scheduling appointments, meetings, deliveries, and household services Running local errands and assisting with returns, pickups, or purchases Helping coordinate projects and keeping track of important deadlines Preparing basic documents, lists, and spreadsheets Handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion Assisting with general office and personal tasks as needed Who we’re looking for: Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator Proactive and able to anticipate what needs to be done Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and comfortable using email, calendars, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheets Able to work independently and follow through without constant supervision Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, office assistant, or administrative assistant is preferred A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required The right person will be resourceful, calm under pressure, and willing to help with a variety of tasks.
