Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health status, interpreting their personal histories, behaviors, and emotional responses to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement and deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short-term therapy, tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Document each client's progress meticulously and adjust treatment strategies based on their evolving needs, ensuring continuous improvement in therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, which may include referrals to external services for clients who require specialized support.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and recommendations, contributing to an integrated approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass a wide range of individuals, including adults, adolescents, and families facing emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
