Job Summary This position is responsible for IT system analysis, maintenance, application support and deployment. Technology support for the Branch staff to ensure technology problems and request for service are resolved in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring the day-to-day IT operations, maintenance of the infrastructure components, security, and resilience to support the Branch’s business operations. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science or a directly related field. 2+ years of systems maintenance, analyst or systems developer experience. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a MUST as this is a global team. Responsibilities Assist in provide support for the Python platform maintenance and Python installation. Monitors and maintains branch services, systems and applications to ensure the IT system works securely and reliably in compliance with policies, procedures, and standards. Experience in the Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting with application etc. Ability to solve technical and operational problems. Good experience with SQL database and Python. Batch scripting is a plus etc. Familiarity with information security, risk management and IT compliance requirements. Conducts application and database backup, recovery, and monitoring. Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and upgrade. Develops and implements projects according to business requirement. Analysis business need and provide technical solutions to meet end-users’ need. Design and develop database and applications with all phases of software development lifecycle. Conducts system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), creates SIT testing cases, and drafts reports. Provide support for the business the user acceptance testing (UAT). Assist with Disaster Recovery testing and documentation. Collaborate with IS team and HO in vulnerability installed and remediated on time. Inspect and troubleshoot services and systems to ensure stability and efficiency. Coordinate and support IT projects, facilitate the project's phases, ensure action plan follow-up. Assist in the technical operational problems are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Be responsible for demonstrating risk awareness by following all policies, procedures, and internal control in their daily routine. #J-18808-Ljbffr
