Associate Director, HIV Treatment DTP Marketing

Role: Develop and execute patient marketing strategies for Gilead's US HIV Direct-to-Patient initiatives, focusing on key populations through audience insights and personalized engagement.
Responsibilities: coordinate omnichannel campaigns, define KPIs, optimize digital media performance, lead multicultural marketing efforts, and manage foundational workstreams such as media, research, events, and influencer programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders; ensure regulatory compliance; and innovate outreach methods.

Preferred: 4-6 years in healthcare marketing, experience with bi-lingual campaigns, and familiarity with HIV or viral disease populations.
Qualifications include strong project management, data analysis, and agency relationship skills, along with understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
Work setup: based in Foster City, CA, with up to 20% travel.
