Position Title: Mail Production Specialist

Position Purpose:

To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently and accurately.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 months – 1 year of production-related experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence.
• Scan and record specified incoming documents.
• Appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and inferior quality imaged claims.
• Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors.
• Lift and move totes weighing 35–40 pounds.
• Work mandatory overtime as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must haves: Strong attention to detail.
• Nice to haves: Previous production experience.
• Performance indicators: Manual processing speed and accuracy.
• Preferred: 3 months – 1 year of production-related experience.

Experience Level: Entry Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Farmington,MO.
