Mail Production Specialist

Immediate need for a talented Mail Production Specialist . This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Farmington, MO (Onsite). Key Responsibilities: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CST Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence for processing Scan and image incoming paper documents Record and track required document information File and organize imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and other documents appropriately Process and mail correspondence related to submission errors Maintain accurate processing records and documentation Meet department productivity and quality standards Assist team members in other areas as business needs require Support daily mailroom operations in a fast-paced production environment Key Requirements and Technology Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Ability to work in a production-focused environment Ability to perform repetitive processing tasks while meeting deadlinesAbility to lift and move totes weighing approximately 35–40 pounds Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
