Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental needs, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized service plans—including specific goals and interventions—while continuously monitoring their progress and making adjustments as necessary.

• Provide expert counseling to individuals and families coping with challenges such as anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to protect vulnerable clients in immediate distress.

• Engage in partnership with community agencies to effectively coordinate services, advocating for client needs and ensuring access to resources.

• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at promoting awareness of available services and social issues affecting the population.

• Actively contribute to team meetings, case conferences, and professional development workshops, sharing insights and strategies that enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
