Great Reasons to Join Romanoff: 10x Employee Voted Top Work Place Highly Competitive Wage Excellent Benefits Package (Health/Vision/Dental/Life/STD/LTD/Accident and Critical Illness) $15k Company Paid Life Insurance 401K ESOP Retirement Plan (We are 100% employee owned) Training and Support Vacation and Paid Holidays Advancement Opportunities Paid Apprenticeship Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-4:00pm MUST be willing to be flexible as jobs may change Position Responsibilities of the Construction Admin: Supporting the office with day-to-day business needs Maintaining construction job client files Invoicing and collecting on invoices Assisting with weekly payroll Creating and maintaining reports in MS Office, Construction Software, Google Calendar, & Google Docs Ordering and maintaining office/business supplies Filing & submitting daily work tickets; Assisting Project Manager’s Minimum Qualifications of the Construction Admin: Administrative/Clerical Experience required 2+ years of Construction Experience required Experience with Certified Payroll Prior A/R and payroll experience Timberline Software Experience preferred Microsoft Office Experience, specifically with Excel required Must have a High School Degree or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Must adhere to company screenings Must have valid Driver’s License Physical Requirements Must be able to adhere to large amounts of sitting Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate Our Hiring Process You find our ad.
