As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Specialist , you will manage accounts for our valued clients, assisting them with policy inquiries, policy reviews and navigating the Florida Insurance market to best protect their assets. Responsibilities
- Service all in-bound client inquiries for new and/or existing clients - including Payments, Renewals, Cancellations, Endorsements, and Rewrites.
- Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes.
- Use exceptional relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients and maintain retention and product loyalty.
- Follow-up on leads generated from inbound calls, and non-renewal leads
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions especially if quoting or rewriting.
- Ensure consistent and prompt communication with clients to address their needs and concerns to ensure retention standards.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Florida 220 or 440 Insurance License required.
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service in personal lines insurance, commercial insurance experience is a plus
Insurance Experience: 2+ Years of experience in the Insurance Industry, specifically Home and Auto Insurance.
Location: In office at our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida location.
