About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in the strategic management of the organization, with a primary focus on all financial-related activities. This includes providing leadership to the finance and accounting team, managing financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and overseeing the preparation of financial reports. The successful candidate will also be responsible for advising on long-term business and financial planning, establishing and nurturing relationships with senior management and external partners, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory financial requirements. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, with a CPA, CMA, or related certification strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a CFO or in an equivalent role, particularly in the manufacturing industry, is required. The role demands a proven track record in facilitating organizational change, excellent judgment, and problem-solving skills, as well as superior management and leadership abilities. The CFO will be expected to have in-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and data analysis methods, and to be proficient in MS Office and financial software. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to interact effectively with senior management, the board of directors, and staff.
