As a Telehealth Specialist, you will be working in a state-of-the-art virtual environment that fosters connectivity between counselors and clients through advanced telehealth technologies. Our remote setting supports flexibility in work hours, with availability for patient sessions from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage in a variety of meaningful activities aimed at promoting your clients' mental health and well-being. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health evaluations to assess the clients' history and devise appropriate treatment plans.

• Developing personalized treatment strategies that emphasize trauma recovery and resilience-building.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to assist clients in processing their trauma.

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions to facilitate healing and coping strategy development.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Providing crisis intervention during traumatic emergencies while remaining a calming presence.

• Educating clients and families on trauma responses, coping techniques, and available support resources.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation following legal and ethical standards.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
