Email Marketing Specialist

Location: Miami, FL (near the airport), 3-5 days a week onsite 6 month contract to perm/direct hire Pay Rate: 30-40/hr W2 (no sponsorship or c2c) Overview Our client, a well-known fast food brand based in Miami, is looking for an Email Designer to join their growing digital marketing and creative team. This is a high-volume, execution-focused role where you will design 25–30 emails per month while keeping content fresh, engaging, and on-brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working quickly within established templates while still bringing creativity to repetitive campaigns. What You’ll Do Design and build on-brand marketing emails using existing templates and brand assets Create visual assets including graphics, banners, and GIFs to enhance email performance Refresh recurring campaign emails to keep content visually engaging and aligned with updated messaging Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and copy teams to execute campaigns Support personalization efforts across email campaigns Use AI tools to generate subject lines, descriptions, and creative concepts Research industry trends and apply best practices to improve engagement and click-through rates Contribute to the evolution of the company’s digital brand identity What They’re Looking For Proven experience in email design, ideally in QSR, retail, or consumer-facing brands Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment Strong attention to detail and consistency with brand guidelines Experience working with templates and modular design systems Understanding of email marketing best practices and performance optimization Nice to Have Experience with personalization strategies in email marketing Familiarity with AI tools for creative development Background working closely with lifecycle, CRM, or digital marketing teams Why This Role High-impact role supporting a nationally recognized consumer brand Strong partnership with marketing and creative leadership Opportunity to influence digital brand experience at scale Fast-moving environment with consistent creative output Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
