Our customer is in the building and construction industry with a high volume work load and client servicing needs. They offer an environment that fosters learning, growth, and fun for the whole team. The ideal Receptionist will be customer & service minded, as well as highly organized with phenomenal communication skills. Responsibilities: Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to appropriate departments Greet all visitors and issue security badges to be on property Maintain files and records with effective filing systems Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Assist in preparing for internal events & meetings Requirements: 1 to 2 years of previous administrative office support experience Proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, and fax machines Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Pay: $18 to $20/hour, Based on experience Hours: 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Location: Sarasota, FL - 34240 (onsite only) All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
