Deskside Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in Miami FL and provide support. This opportunity is for the duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform IMACD tasks

• Provide break/fix support

• Stage build image configure and deploy endpoints

• Perform hardware/software troubleshooting

• Support asset handling

• Perform ticket updates

• Provide end-user support

• Resolve onsite deskside incidents and requests

• Maintain accurate ITSM and asset records

• Assist to coordinate escalations

Skills and Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of experience preferred in enterprise deskside / field support

• Hands-on experience with level 2 Windows deskside support and troubleshooting

• Experience with endpoint imaging deployment and IMACD

• Strong onsite customer service skills

• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment

• Ability to document work accurately

• Strong collaboration skills

Wage Range :
The hourly rate for this position is between $24.75 - $33.00 per hour unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
