Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Pine Creek is a critical role focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care within a dynamic healthcare environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate patient records. Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Proven clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in acute care or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of nursing practices, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support).
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team within a hospital or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Demonstrated leadership or preceptorship experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories and symptoms.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and facility policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs.

Skills:

The RN will utilize clinical assessment skills daily to evaluate patient conditions and determine appropriate interventions.
