Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist will play a key administrative role within the HR team, supporting the coordination and execution of HR programs, processes, and day-to-day operations to help keep the function organized, efficient, and effective. This role provides ongoing administrative and operational support across the HR department, ensuring activities are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with company policies and procedures. This individual will be responsible for maintaining HR documentation, supporting employee lifecycle processes, coordinating HR communications, assisting with reporting and data management, and helping ensure the smooth delivery of HR services in a professional, fast-paced matrix environment. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibiliti esProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) tea m.Support core employee lifecycle activities, including organizational changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring timely coordination and accurate documentatio n.Partner with HR Business Partners to support the execution of HR processes, initiatives, and routine business needs in a consistent and efficient manne r.Coordinate HR communications, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions for key people processes and team initiatives, as neede d.Assist with reporting, audits, and data management by compiling HR metrics, generating standard reports, and helping validate data accurac y.Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding routine HR policies, processes, and systems, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate HRBP or HR specialist team as neede d.Support the administration of HR programs and annual cycles, including performance management, talent reviews, employee engagement activities, and other people initiative s.Collaborate with internal partners, including Payroll, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT, to help ensure the smooth delivery of HR services across the U. Skills & Qualificati onsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experien ce.3-4 years of HR experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or HR Operations ro le.Solid understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and performance management cycl es.Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices and foundational HR compliance principl es.Experience with Workday or a similar Human Resources Information System (HRI S).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlo ok.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionali sm.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environme nt.Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management and documentati on.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact across organizational levels and functio ns.Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and provide responsive, service-oriented support to stakeholde #J-18808-Ljbffr
