Facilities Coordinator Welcome to Animal Emergency & Specialty Center (AESC) ! We are a 24/7 Emergency Care Veterinary Hospital with 7 different Specialties. We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to work alongside the Facilities Manager in maintaining the hospital building, grounds, and equipment. Compensation $18 - $25 hourly, based on experience Anticipated Schedule Part Time Wednesday - Saturday 5am – 12pm Duties & Responsibilities Complete building maintenance tasks as assigned by the facilities manager. Complete frequent safety assessments of hospital areas. Deep cleaning and organizational projects. Operate battery powered floor scrubber. Coordinate building and equipment repairs with approved vendors. Assist with maintaining over 100 PC workstations and hospital IT infrastructure. Painting and drywall patches to maintain hospital appearance. Safely operate hand tools and power tools. Qualifications Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED. Three years of work experience in general construction, a construction trade, facility maintenance, or related job field. Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages is a plus! Preferred Qualifications Associates degree. Three years of work experience performing facility maintenance. Microsoft Office Specialist core certification. OSHA 10-hour card certification. How to Apply Submit your application online.
