Animal Emergency & Specialty Center (AESC) is a 24/7 Emergency Care Veterinary Hospital with 7 different specialties. The AESC team is growing, and we are seeking motivated, positive, and compassionate individuals to join our team. Compensation: $18 - $25/hr. based on experience

Schedule: Part Time Wednesday - Saturday 5:00am 12:00pm

Job Description: The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the hospital's building, grounds, equipment, and IT infrastructure. This hands-on position ensures a safe, clean, and efficient environment through preventive maintenance, repairs, safety inspections, vendor coordination, and facility improvement projects.

• Complete building maintenance tasks as assigned by the facilities manager.
• Complete frequent safety assessments of hospital areas.
• Deep cleaning and organizational projects.
• Operate battery powered floor scrubber.
• Coordinate building and equipment repairs with approved vendors.
• Assist with maintaining over 100 PC workstations and hospital IT infrastructure.
• Painting and drywall patches to maintain hospital appearance.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of work experience in general construction, a construction trade, facility maintenance, or related job field.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree.
• Three years of work experience performing facility maintenance.
• Microsoft Office Specialist core certification.
• OSHA 10-hour card certification.
