Associate Recruiter - Accounting & Finance at Sayva Solutions – San Diego Employment type: Contract Base Pay Range $30.00/hr – $32.00/hr About the Role We’re partnering with a fast‑growing organization seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Consultant to join its high‑impact Accounting & Finance team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to contribute to process improvements while managing day‑to‑day AP operations. It’s a collaborative, high‑visibility role with strong exposure across departments. Duration: 3+ months Primary Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle accounts payable, including invoice coding, approval routing, and timely payment execution. Accurately enter vendor invoices into the accounting system and ensure prompt payment processing. Handle weekly check runs, print and distribute checks onsite, and maintain accuracy in payment logs. Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and collaborate across departments to resolve outstanding issues. Assist with monthly close procedures, including preparation of AP accruals and account reconciliations. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely vendor payments and excellent service delivery. Maintain organized financial documentation in compliance with company policies and audit requirements. Support ongoing process improvement initiatives as the AP function scales and evolves. Candidate Qualifications 1–3+ years of accounts payable experience in a dynamic corporate environment. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data validation techniques. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communicator with a customer‑service mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, or related field).
